How Do Pre-Orders Work?
What are Pre-orders?
Every fan has different tastes and favorites. Instead of limiting you to the sets we have in stock, our pre-order service lets you choose any set you like. Simply place your order, and we’ll source the set for you and deliver it within the specified time frame.
How does it work?
1. Pre-orders open
We announce in our group as soon as the pre-order process starts.
2. Choose your set
Once pre-orders open, select the set you want from our website. If you can’t find the set you’re looking for, simply DM us the set number and name, and we’ll add it to the website.
3. Place your order
Once you’ve finalized your order, DM us on WhatsApp by clicking the blue button. One of our representatives will assist you with the payment process.
4. Pay 50% advance
A 50% advance is required to confirm your pre-order. The remaining 50% is payable once the sets reach our India warehouse. We’ll also send you pictures of the sets when they arrive.
5. Wait for your order
Once we receive your 50% advance, we’ll confirm your payment and start processing your order. Your set should reach you in approximately 60 days from the date of advance payment. It may sometimes arrive earlier or take a little longer, but the average timeline is around 60 days.
6. No cancellations or refunds
Once the advance payment is made, cancellations and refunds are not allowed. Please make sure you’re certain about your order before making the payment.

Can we opt for Cash On Delivery (COD) on Pre-orders?
Unfortunately no, since we require a 50% advance payment to book your set, Cash on Delivery (COD) cannot be enabled for pre-orders.
How often do these pre-orders happen?
We open pre-orders once every month. Pre-order window usually lasts about 5-6 days. Once the pre-order window is shut, you would have to wait until the next one to order your set.
